Strategies for Success and Leadership Challenges: Professor Özlem Atay’s Visit to the Management Institute

We were delighted to once again welcome Professor Özlem Atay from Ankara University in Türkiye, Professor of Management at Ankara University Faculty of Political Sciences and the Head of Management and Organization Chair. During her visit, she conducted lectures and classes for our international students, covering a wide range of topics: business strategies, human resource management, decision making in enterprises, and organizational behavior. Presentation Topics: “Business Strategies: Why do some firms succeed while others fail?”; “Developing Employees for Future Success: Value Based Management”; “Decision Making in Enterprises” oraz “The Role of Turkish Culture in Gendered Expectations of Leadership in Turkish Higher Education Institutions”.

 

She shared her broad knowledge and extensive international experience, offering students valuable insights and presenting the results of her latest research. The sessions were inspiring, insightful, and very engaging.

 

This wasn’t her first visit to our university. Each meeting brings new perspectives and energy to our academic community. We’re already looking forward to future initiatives together!
