1st International Scientific Conference HUMAN TECHNOLOGY SAFETY IN INDUSTRY 5.0 – 30.05.2025

Management Institute and its co-organizers are honored to invite you at the 1st International Scientific Conference HUMAN TECHNOLOGY SAFETY IN INDUSTRY 5.0 which will be held online (MS Teams) on May 30, 2025.
Conference Objective
The goal of the conference is to identify key challenges and opportunities arising from the integration of modern technologies with the role of humans in the industrial environment, with particular emphasis on aspects of cybersecurity, trust, intuition, and sustainable development in the era of Industry 5.0.
The event aims to facilitate the exchange of views and experiences between representatives of the scientific community and practitioners, as well as foster collaboration within international and project teams.
Participants will share experiences related to the implementation of Industry 5.0 solutions. The exchange of ideas will cover issues related to the limits of machine autonomy in the work environment. An essential part of the discussion will also be organizational and social responsibility, as well as the impact of new technological solutions on shaping a work culture based on sustainable development principles.
During the conference, key issues related to the role of humans in the Industry 5.0 environment will be addressed, including challenges in workplace safety, collaboration with technology, and artificial intelligence. Participants will discuss new competencies, trust in digital systems, and the ethical aspects of process automation. A key element will also be the reflection on sustainable development and social responsibility in the context of industrial transformation.

- Articles submitted for the conference may be published free of charge in the journal Zeszyty Studia Społeczne, published by the Managerial Academy of Applied Sciences in Warsaw (20 points according to MNiSW). Details are available on the website: https://mans.org.pl/studia-spoleczne/.
- In a monograph published in Polish or English by a renowned Polish publisher (20 points according to MNiSW) – an abstract must be submitted (link) in the registration form by May 16, 2025. The publication fee is 1200 PLN (payment will be made after the required number of articles for the monograph is collected).
